At Las Vegas Horse Ranch, we are committed to providing exceptional experiences, quality services, and carefully selected merchandise. Please review our return policy below.

1. Service Bookings & Ranch Experiences

All ranch experiences, riding lessons, tours, and event bookings are considered reservations of time and resources.

  • Cancellations made 72 hours or more in advance may be eligible for rescheduling or a credit toward a future booking.

  • Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled experience are non-refundable.

  • No-shows are non-refundable.

  • In the event of severe weather or ranch-related cancellation, guests will be offered a reschedule or full credit.

  • All deposits for private events, group bookings, and special programs are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.

2. Merchandise Returns

If Las Vegas Horse Ranch offers retail merchandise (apparel, accessories, etc.), the following policy applies:

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery or purchase.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • Sale or clearance items are final sale.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Photo documentation

  • We will review and provide a replacement or appropriate resolution.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for the transaction to appear depending on your financial institution.

5. Liability & Assumption of Risk

Participation in ranch activities involves inherent risks associated with livestock and outdoor environments. By booking or participating, guests acknowledge and accept these risks as outlined in our liability waiver.
